The reservation calendar is open to Tier II and Tier III service users who have accounts with us. Tier III service is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Tier II service is available only during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Mon-Fri). If you need to modify or cancel an existing appointment, please send an email to: email@example.com. If you do not have an account, please contact us to create one.
Our goal is to make the IVIC available to as many users as possible, so please reserve only the time you need and make cancellation or modification request with 48 hours notice if possible. Users will be billed for the entire appointment time whether it is used or not, unless a reservation swap can be made or the time can be claimed by another user. 2P microscope or computer down time caused by technical issues beyond the users control, should be noted on the service receipt so that the time can be credited on the bill.
